Once again, Ratcliff, design architects and RBB are collaborating with UCR on Phase 2 of the undergraduate student housing project, which is 185,000 GSF and includes 654 beds in suite style units with private bathrooms, living rooms, and kitchen areas. Each Hall Community features a common room for social interaction.
