This is a tenant improvement of approximately 11,000 square feet for clinical and research laboratories in the Comprehensive Cancer Center. The design provides maximum flexibility in terms of casework layout, support services and equipment.

The clinical laboratory is composed of 4 laboratory modules, each supported by an equipment alcove and  tissue culture room. The research laboratory has 8 laboratory modules with adjacent equipment support,  tissue culture rooms and office support areas. The shared central area accommodates an equipment room, cold room, processing room and glass wash area. Both laboratories are accessed by a central corridor common from the lobby and administration suite for optimum function and efficiency.
