This $15 million project consists of a two-story hospital addition to the existing West Pavilion of the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.  The 27,452 SF surgery expansion includes 2 Cath Labs, 9 bed observation unit, 2 operating rooms, 1 EP lab, 10 bed PACU, Surgery Support areas and renovation to Surgery Suite and Surgery Support.  The 16,180 GSF Emergency Department Expansion and 6,900 GSF Renovation will accommodate 33 stations and 6 bed observation unit, 30 Beds for Surgical Pre-Op and Post-Op and mechanical and electrical support and circulation.  In order to maintain full and continuous operation of the Emergency Department, phased construction will be implemented.
