Saint John’s Medical Plaza has over 100,000 square feet
for 88 medical suites in a five story structure. The
four-story parking garage of 125,000 square feet is
subterranean, and houses 366 cars.
The northwest corner of the building is chamfered and
emphasized by a series of stepped back, planted terraces.
The purpose of this was to bring the building shadowline
back from the street intersection, and provide an outdoor
space at each level off of the common waiting areas.
The two eastside building corners are rounded, which
softens the edge between the alley and the existing
parking structure. The southwest corner is reticulated
back to create an interesting garage entry.
