This $220 million, 10-year master plan consolidates 212 acres of current facilities into a state-of-the-art facility on approximately 50 acres. The consolidation of services will result in greater operational efficiencies as well as free the south part of the campus for industrial development. The new structures to be built are two 150-bed inpatient facilities; a central power plant; parking structure; ambulatory care center; and new entry.
