The Foundation Health Pavilion is a 140,000 square foot four story addition that replaces an existing facility and houses a revamped emergency center, women's center, scoliosis clinic, and a 67-bed medical / surgical patient care unit.

During the hospital's normal operations, the adjacent space is used as a Work Care Clinic. Patient rooms are designed with doors on two sides, opening to the ER and Work Clinic. The adjacent nurses' station further enables the rapid transition of the space from emergency use to conventional outpatient use.
