This project is a tenant improvement of an existing office building re-envisioned as a state of the art outpatient imaging center. The project encompasses the re-design of approximately 35,000 SF. 

To help alleviate anxiety associated with lengthy diagnostic procedures, calming elements are an inherent part of the design intent.  The interior details enhance patient comfort and confidence with warm wood detailing and soothing colors of the ocean.  Long corridors are visually shortened with the use of wood accent panels and blocks of color on the walls.  Carpet with wood accent strips work in conjunction with the walls to provide a harmonious space for circulation.
