This $4 million, 110,000 square foot project included seismic retrofit, earthquake repairs and upgrades to meet life safety and ADA code compliance.  Scope of work included reinforcement of the concrete structure, addition of metal panels to the gymnasium interior for sound attenuation, a new retractable bleacher system, and an awards display case. 

In order to be finished before the Fall semester, the project required an accelerated schedule and was successfully completed (from Notice To Proceed to owner occupancy) in seven months.
