This 55,000 SF, 3-story medical office building sits on a hilltop site. A dynamic space at the entrance features an atrium with a space frame, which allows for dramatic plays of light and shadows, and exposes mountain views to the north and south.

The exterior features bronze glass block, and the entry and atrium are rose-colored metal panels, blue-green glass and pre-cast concrete.  Stepped and reversed stepped glass roofs encase the exterior entrance. A solarium provides a waiting area for the imaging center and serves as a walkway to a public community room.

The first floor of the medical office building consists of an urgent care center and imaging center. The second and third floors have space for 25 physician offices. These floors are accessed from the elevator core via atrium bridges.
